                                 AGM Statement


At today's AGM, Chairman Chris Phillips made the following comments:


"I am pleased to report that the first quarter's trading was in line with the
Company's expectations and considerably ahead of the same period in the previous
year. In addition, the Company has negotiated new banking facilities which
eliminate reliance on current factoring and invoice discounting arrangements and
which will lead to a reduction in funding costs.


"Following the Company's development on AIM over the last two years, I am
stepping down as Chairman and will remain on the Board as a non-executive
director.  I am pleased to note that John Harrison, who was instrumental in
improving our financial control and systems in the latter part of 2003, is to
assume the role as executive Chairman.   Kevin Childs continues as Managing
Director and Andrew Milne has now taken the role of Sales and Marketing
Director.  We expect to announce the appointment to the Board in the near future
of Derek Short, an experienced financier, as a non-executive director, in place
of Michael Beresford who retires from the Board today."
