Sports Cafe, the owner and operator of the Sports Cafe chain of leading licensed
Sports Entertainment Venues, announces that Bradley Kinsella, Non-executive
Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect, for personal
reasons.



The Board would like to thank Brad for his contribution towards the business as
co-founder of the Sports Cafe chain and his continued dedication to the Company.
