                                  BOARD CHANGE 
 
Supercart (AIM:SC), the UK company involved in the design, marketing and 
distribution of plastic shopping trolleys,announces the resignation, with 
immediate effect, of Charles Price, as a non-executive director of the Company, 
to pursue his other business interests. 
 
The Board has commenced a search to identify and appoint a suitably qualified 
replacement on which an announcement will be made in due course. 
 
 
Victor Segal, Non-executive Chairman of Supercart, said: "On behalf of the 
Board, I would like to thank Charles for his contribution to the development of 
the Company since he joined us in 2005 and wish him every success for the
