ISSUE OF SERIES 2023-1 GBP500,000,000 REGULATED COVERED BONDS DUE AUGUST 2028

On 19 September 2023, HSBC UK Bank plc issued GBP500,000,000 Regulated Covered Bonds due August 2028 as the Series 2023-1 issuance under HSBC UK Bank plc's EUR25 billion Global Covered Bond Programme, which is unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by HSBC UK Covered Bonds LLP.

The Final Terms in respect of the GBP500,000,000 Series 2023-1 Regulated Covered Bonds due August 2028 have been filed with the Financial Conduct Authority and are available for viewing:
