RAB Special Situations Company Limited (the "Company")

Master Fund Redemption

On 17 December 2015, the Company notified its intention to serve notice to redeem its existing investment in the RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited (the "Master Fund"), and formal notice was served shortly thereafter.

In addition the Company wishes to advise that it has been informed by RAB Capital Limited that all shares / interests in the other feeder funds to the Master Fund will be redeemed on or before 1 July 2016 and at the same time as the Company.
