RAB Special Situations Company Limited (the "Company")

Treasury Share Cancellation

The Company hereby announces that on 18 December 2015 it cancelled 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). This is in accordance with the Company's stated Treasury Share policy of only holding shares in Treasury for a period of twelve months from the date of acquisition.

Following this transaction, the issued share capital of the Company will be 63,987,761 Ordinary Shares, with no Ordinary Shares held in Treasury.

For reporting under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Directive Rules shareholders should exclude any shares held in Treasury and should use the figure of 63,987,761 Ordinary Shares (the issued voting share capital) when determining if they are required to notify their interest, or a change of their interest, in the Company.
