The Company announces that the next dividend payment on the Company's 7.375% cumulative irredeemable preference shares of GBP1 each ("Preference Shares") will be on 1 April 2022. The associated ex-dividend and record dates are 10 March 2022 and 11 March 2022 respectively.

Payment date: 1 April 2022
