                             Director's Shareholding


The Company has been notified that Mr Michael Mills, chairman, purchased 100,000
ordinary shares of 10p each in RMR at 1.375p per share on 29th November 2002.
Mr Mills is now beneficially interested in 600,000 ordinary shares, representing
0.97 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
