Rheochem plc, the oil and gas business with oil services, production, development and exploration assets would like to inform shareholders that following the announcement of 4 March 2011, regarding the proposed disposal of the drilling fluids business, it will be posting to shareholders on Wednesday 30(th) March a circular, containing details of the resolutions and a notice of GM, which is to be held at 15 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HB, on 15 April 2011 at 10 am.
