Appointment of Director 
 
 
 
 
ReEnergy Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Patrick 
Neville, aged 55, as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate 
effect. 
 
 
Mr Neville is currently chairman of Telephonetics Plc, an AIM listed company 
specialising in speech solutions in the corporate sector, and non-executive 
director of Cellcast Plc, an AIM listed company and leading provider of 
participation television programming and interactive mobile content. 
 
 
Michael's background is in the telecommunications, technology and media arena, 
where he has worked for the last 18 years specialising in strategy, mergers and 
acquisitions, and turnaround situations. He has worked for companies such as 
Cable & Wireless Plc and United Utilities Group Plc. He holds an Engineering 
degree as well as an MBA.

winding up order was made on 21 January 2009. 
 
 
Michael was a director of OnCue Telecommunications Limited until May 2001 which 
entered into administration on 28 June 2001. He was also a director of 
Integrated Media Technologies Plc until August 2001, which entered into 
creditor's voluntary liquidation on 30 October 2001.
