           Further re: Trading update and related party transaction            

The Directors of Regenesis announce that the unsecured loan of �250,000 made to
Regenesis by Marc Duschenes, Chairman of the Company, which was announced on 12
June 2007, has now been repaid. Mr Duschenes lent the money to the Company to
assist it to make its first commercial loan in accordance with the strategy
approved by shareholders on 2 April 2007.

Mr Duschenes' funds were required in the short term because the Company's line
of senior debt was not then available for draw down. The first commercial loan
has now been repaid enabling the company to repay Mr Duschenes.
