Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 16 June 2023 in respect of an issue by BT of GBP700,000,000 NC5.5 Capital Securities due December 2083 (the "Notes").

The Notes are to be issued under the EUR20,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by BT.

The Final Terms in respect of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 9 June 2023, including all documents incorporated by reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
