Further re delisting

As announced on 3 June 2013, the last day of trading of the Group's Ordinary Shares is 17 June 2013, with the cancellation of trading of the Ordinary Shares on AIM to take place from 7.00 a.m. on 18 June 2013. With effect from 1 July 2013, Capita will offer a matched bargain service for shareholders wishing to buy or sell shares in the Company, details of which will be available on the Company's website www.rugbyestates.co.uk.
