Ranger Direct Lending ZDP plc (the "Company") announces that Brendan Hawthorne has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 26 July 2018.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.13 (1) Mr Hawthorne is currently a director of Ranger Direct Lending Fund Plc and Phaunos Timber Fund Limited.
