The Board of Recycled Waste plc ("Recycled Waste" or "the Company") today
announces the payment of #30,000 to Kindlets Limited ("Kindlets"), a recycling
innovations company based near Edinburgh, in order to facilitate the  Company
carrying out preliminary due diligence enquiries with a view to its possible
acquisition. The payment is repayable to the Company by Kindlets in certain
circumstances. A further announcement will be made in due course.



Bill Erskine is a director of Recycled Waste, and is also a director and
substantial shareholder in Kindlets Limited. Mr Erskine is therefore a related
party as defined under the AIM Rules and, as such, has taken no part in the
board of Recycled Waste's deliberations regarding the payment. The Directors,
save for Mr Erskine, consider, having consulted with the Company's nominated
adviser, Corporate Synergy PLC, that the payment to Kindlets is fair and
reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned.
