Purchase of Partnership Shares under the Ricardo PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP")

Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that on 12 September 2023 it received notification from the trustee (the "Trustee") of the Company's SIP that on 11 September 2023 it purchased 19 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") in the market at a price of GBP5.29 per Share on behalf of Rachel Stringer, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.

This purchase related to the "Partnership Share" element of the SIP and were made using deductions from the individual's gross salary.

Following the above purchase, Rachel Stringer's total beneficial holding of Shares was 555, representing approximately 0.001% of the Company's issued share capital.

The following notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of EU Regulation No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation).
