Contract win

RAM, the investor in Digital out of Home ('DOOH') media, communications and Intellectual Property, announces a capital sale and advertising sales contract for its subsidiary, RAM Vision Limited ("RAM Vision") with property owners CEPF Chariot S.a.r.l and asset manager Catalyst Capital for its Mall, at The Stratford Centre, Stratford, London.

RAM Vision will source and install a large format landscape video screen within the Stratford Centre's main central square and manage a five year contract for broadcasting advertising sales, scheduling and content. The Stratford Centre has recently benefited from a strong increase in custom and now accounts for an annual footfall in excess of 24 million.

The Company's wholly owned subsidiary RAM Vision operates digital out of home (DOOH) media advertising sales and content provision and is the largest landscape screen broadcaster in shopping malls within the UK with an aggregate annual footfall in excess of 600 million.

RAM CEO Richard Prosser comments:

"The advertising sales contract and capital sale win by RAM Vision with The Stratford Centre will deliver an immediate revenue enhancement. Installation is scheduled for the screen to be live for media advertising campaigns ahead of the opening of the London Olympic Games. The Games will undoubtedly deliver a substantial increase in footfall around the Olympic Park during this period and the Stratford Centre is ideally located to benefit from this. This is a further commercial demonstration of RAM Vision's UK Iconic and Walkway screen network growth within this important and active sector."
