("Radiant Growth", or "the Company")

Update on Investments

As announced in the Company's Interim Results on 29 April 2014 ("Interim Results"), Radiant Growth intended to seek an extension to the agreement with Rancang Istemewa Sdn Bhd ("RISB") to manage a multi-buoy mooring system (the "Agreement"), which is designed to deliver natural gas to ocean going tankers and is due to be constructed at a proposed gas separation plant at Songkhla in Thailand. The Company is pleased to announce that the Agreement, and hence the repayment of any deposit, has been extended and will now run until 3 June 2015.

The Company also announced in its Interim Results that the waste-to-energy project in Vietnam (the "Project") had been discontinued because of the difficulty in obtaining all the permissions required. RISB has since had several discussions and meetings with the relevant Vietnamese local government officials regarding the Project and have advised the Company that the project remains viable. The Company has re-considered its stance and believes that it would be in the best interests of shareholders to continue with the Project and is therefore pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement with RISB to extend the conditional period for the Project and the repayment of the funds given to RISB until 2 July 2015.
