("Radiant Growth", or "the Company")
Issue of Equity
Radiant Growth is pleased to announce that it has conditionally
raised GBP100,000 before expenses by way of a subscription of
4,000,000 new ordinary shares of no par value in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an issue price of 2.5 pence per
Ordinary Share (the "Subscription"). These funds will be used for
additional working capital.
Application will be made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur at 8:00am on 2 June
2014 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the Company will have 109,502,217 Ordinary
Shares in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in
treasury. Therefore, following Admission, the number of Ordinary
Shares with voting rights in the Company will be 109,502,217. This
figure may be used by Shareholders in the Company as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the share capital of the Company.
