r4e, the transatlantic media and entertainment marketing company announces, in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been notified of the following information by Marcus Yeoman, non-executive director of the Company:

Mr Yeoman was a director of Diamond Lifestyle Holdings plc at the time of its being wound up by a voluntary creditors' liquidation on 22 July 2008.

Mr Yeoman was a director of Westgolf (UK) Limited until 30 November 2002. Westgolf (UK) Limited was placed into liquidation on 23 June 2003 with an estimated deficiency to creditors of GBP938,267.
