Market Update Position 
 
 
Dublin, London, 26 February 2009: Further to the Company's market update 
announcement on 6 February 2009, the Company confirms that discussions with its 
main landlord, WP Carey, and its bankers remain on-going. These negotiations 
have been delayed by the untimely death of the landlord's representative, 
Johnathan Perry in the tragic air accident in Buffalo, New York on 12 February 
2009. 
 
 
Discussions are also continuing with the trustees of the pension scheme in the 
United Kingdom, in relation to the funding position of the UK pension scheme. 
 
 
The Company has therefore delayed the announcement of its preliminary results, 
scheduled to be released on 27 February 2009, pending the conclusion of these 
negotiations and will issue a further statement on the outcome of these 
discussions at the earliest opportunity.
