The Board of Qannas announces that Abu Dhabi Financial Group LLC ("ADFG") has acquired 787,408 ordinary shares of no-par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from Integrated Capital PJSC ("IC") on 31(st) Jan 2019 at $0.45 per share.

As a result, ADFG's total direct and indirect interest in Ordinary Shares has increased to 12,070,533 representing 20.3% percent of the voting rights of the Company.

ADCM Ltd the investment manager of the Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of ADFG.
