Management Of Qihang Equipment Company Obtain An Interest In Proud Style Limited

Proud Style Limited is the controlling shareholder of Qihang Equipment Company Limited ("QIH"), holding 66% of the issued shares in the company. On March 11 2014, Mr Li Yuanqing, CEO of QIH, transferred 37.32% of his shares in Proud Style Limited to Fortunate Journey Group Limited and at the same time he also granted 24.85% of his shares in Proud Style Limited to the management team of QIH. Proud Style Limited remains under the direct control of Mr Li Yuanging and as a result his aggregate interest in 38,825,737 shares in QIH, representing 66.9% of the issued shares, has not changed.
