Schemes into one. The block admission return for the newly aggregated block
scheme covering period from 28 August 2007 to 28 February 2008 is stated below.

Application has been made to AIM to increase the Company's Block Scheme by
1,450,000 common shares and it is anticipated that the increase will become
effective on 3 March 2008. As of 3 March 2008, the number of common shares
issuable under the Block Scheme will be 11,653,000 common shares of no par value
in the Company.


As at the date of this announcement the Company has 146,789,711 common shares in
issue.


As at 16 February 2006, the date of the Company's admission to AIM, the Company
had an issued

share capital of 119,265,568 common shares with no par value admitted to trading
on AIM.
