    QuestAir again receives coveted "Technology Green 15" Award at the Deloitte
Technology Fast 50 Awards

    Leading biogas purification technology helps utilities, transportation,
    agriculture and energy industries go green

    BURNABY, BC, Sept. 25 /CNW/ - QuestAir Technologies Inc. (TSX: QAR;
AIM: QAR) has again earned recognition as a winner of the prestigious Deloitte
Technology Green 15 Award, an award created last year to showcase 15 Canadian
companies that are leading the way to create major breakthroughs in the field
of green technology.
    "We are very pleased to receive the Deloitte Technology Green 15 Award
for the second consecutive year," said Andrew Hall, President and CEO,
QuestAir. "Our biogas purification technology is helping companies in sectors
such as transportation, energy and utilities go green. And we are gratified

awards such as the Deloitte Technology Green 15 Award and by a growing number
of QuestAir customers and partners."
    QuestAir provides a unique and compelling value proposition in the
renewable energy industry. The company's gas purification technology uses a
proprietary process to recover renewable natural gas from biogas, an energy
source generated from organic wastes at facilities such as landfills, farms
and sewage treatment plants.
    QuestAir's technology allows natural gas utilities to "green" their
supply base by purifying and upgrading biogas to pipeline quality. For
example, QuestAir is involved in a $1.1-million project in West Vancouver to
capture and purify biogas from a wastewater treatment plant, and inject it
into a nearby natural gas distribution pipeline for eventual use by customers
of Terasen Gas Inc., the principle natural gas distributor in British
Columbia. The project is expected to yield enough renewable natural gas to
meet the ongoing energy demands of 100 homes.
    In the transportation sector, purified biogas is one of the few sources
of renewable compressed natural gas fuel for clean-burning transit buses and
trucks. QuestAir's technology is used at 10 landfills and farms in the U.S.
and Europe to purify biogas so it can be used to heat thousands of homes.
