Result of General Meeting

Porta Communications Plc (AIM: PTCM) announces that at the General Meeting of the Company held at 10:00am today at Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall Street, London, all resolutions as set out in the notice of meeting dated 10 April 2019 were duly passed.

As set out in the circular, drawdown of the SEC Convertible loan is expected by no later than the 1(st) May 2019.
