Director's Share Dealings 
 
 
Polo Resources Limited (AIM: PRL), the mining company with interests in coal and 
uranium, announces that it received notification yesterday that on the same day, 
8 June 2009, Stephen R. Dattels (Executive Chairman), donated 2,000,000 shares 
of his holding in Polo to charity - to the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth 
Initiative (CGSGI).  The price at which the shares were transferred was 4.4 
pence per share - Polo's closing share price of yesterday. 
As a result of these dealings, Mr Dattels is interested in a total of 
100,714,286 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.61 per cent of the 
issued ordinary share capital of Polo.
