Interim Management Statement 
for the three months ended 31 December 2008 
 
In accordance with Rule 4.3 of the Disclosure and Transparency  Rules 
of the  UK Listing  Authority,  Pennine AIM  VCT  6 plc  presents  an 
Interim Management  Statement for  the three  month period  ended  31 
December  2008.   The  statement  also  includes  relevant  financial 
information between  the end  of  the period  and  the date  of  this 
statement. 
 
Dividends paid or declared in the period 
On 23 December 2008,  the Company declared a  final dividend of  1.0p 
per share in respect of the year to 30 September 2008.  This will  be 
paid, subject to Shareholder approval  at the Annual General  Meeting 
on 3 March 2009, on 5 March 2009 to Shareholders on the register at 6 
February 2009.
