Result of AGM.

The Annual General Meeting of Preston North End PLC was held on Monday, 20th
October 2003 at Deepdale. At the meeting, all resolutions were passed. In
addition, it was agreed that Mr. David Taylor, a director of the Company, become
Deputy Chairman with immediate effect.
