Issue of Equity 
 
 
 
 
The board of Pantheon have agreed to issue to Seymour Pierce Limited 500,000 
ordinary shares of 0.5p each in lieu of fees. Admission of the new ordinary 
shares to trading is expected to occur on or around 9 July 2009. The shares will 
rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue and will increase the 
number of ordinary shares in issue to 120,500,000. Seymour Pierce have agreed 
not to dispose of these shares for a period of 12 months.
