Further to the Company's announcement on 17 July 2015, the Group has sold a further
property.
The debt owing to M&M Investment Company Plc (“MMIC”) has
been reduced by a further €236,510 being the actual cash received
(following all sales commission and tax).
The balance now outstanding to MMIC is currently €660,554.
