Sales
Further to the Company's announcement on 30 April 2015, the Group has sold a further three
properties. The funds received from these sales before
agency fees were not materially less than the balance sheet value
of these properties.
The debt owing to M&M Investment Company Plc (“MMIC”) has
been reduced by a further €579,228 being the actual cash received
(following all sales commission and tax).
The balance now outstanding to MMIC is currently €897,064.
