Peninsular Gold Limited ('Peninsular') announces that it has on 26(th) May 2015 posted to shareholders notice of the Annual Meeting ('AGM') to be held at First Island House, Peter Street, St Helier, Jersey on 19(th) June 2015 at 10.00am.

Peninsular will publish the audited financial statements for the year to 30 June 2014 prior to the AGM and a copy of the notice of AGM will be made available on the Company's website.
