Perform Group plc Q3 Interim Management Statement

Perform Group plc, the leading digital sports media group, today issues its interim management statement for the three months ending 30 September 2014 ("the period").

Since reporting half-year results on 29th August, Perform has traded in line with expectations and remains in a strong financial position.

For the full year, Perform remains on track to achieve revenue and adjusted EBITDA in line with the Board's expectations.
