Director PDMR Shareholding

Mr Julian Cazalet, a non-executive Director notified the Company on 18 April 2016 that on 1 April 2016 a Trust, in which he acted as a Trustee, transferred its holding of 1,760 shares in the Company to the beneficiary, and that he no longer held an interest in these shares.

Following this transaction Mr Cazalet now has a beneficial and non-beneficial interest in 70,868 Ordinary 0.01p shares (representing 0.59% of the issued Ordinary shares.
