             Prospect Epicure J-REIT Value Fund plc (the "Company") 
                                   Suspension 
 
As set out in the announcement released on 24 May 2010, the Company's shares 
have today been suspended from trading from AIM pending the result of the 
Extraordinary General Meeting to be held at 3.00 p.m. today (the "EGM").  If the 
resolution to cancel the Company's shares from trading on AIM is approved by 
shareholders, cancellation of the Company's shares from trading on AIM will take 
place at 7.00a.m. on 18 June 2010.  If Cancellation is not approved but 
Shareholders approve the liquidation, trading of the Company's shares will not 
be restored.
