    Proposed disposal of Prelude Trust plc's unquoted investments and the voluntary winding-up of the Company

    Result of General Meeting

    The Board announces that at the General Meeting held today the resolution relating to the sale of the Company's unlisted investment
portfolio was passed by Shareholders.

    Further announcements will be made on completion of the Disposal (which is expected to be on or before 11 June 2008) and following the
General Meeting to be held on 12 June 2008 at which two special resolutions will be put: the first to wind up the Company voluntarily and to
appoint the Liquidators and the second to confer appropriate powers on the Liquidators. 

    The definitions set out on pages 3 and 4 of the Company's circular dated 1 May 2008 shall, unless the context requires otherwise, bear
the same meanings in this announcement.
