Appointment of Chairman.

The Board of Prime Active Capital plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dermot Martin as incoming non-executive Chairman of the Group. Peter Lynch moves from executive chairman to chief executive of the Group.

Mr. Martin was an executive with the Group until August 2012 when he left to establish his own business, and was invited to join the Board as a non-executive Director in October 2012. Mr. Martin is familiar with the business of the Group.

Peter Lynch, CEO commented:

"I welcome Mr. Martin as Chairman of the Group, on behalf of the Board, and thank him for all his work since being appointed to the Board last year. He has been in position as a Director during some difficult times with the business and has provided valuable insight and advice when it has been required during that period."
