   Offer Closure, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights 
 
   Further to the RNS announcement for the Offer Closure, Issue of Equity 
and Total Voting Rights for Octopus Titan VCT 5 plc on 7 April 2014 at 
07:03 the number of Ordinary Shares allotted and the issued share 
capital have been amended to reflect the correct position. The 
correction is included below. 
 
   Octopus Titan VCT 5 plc ("the Company") announces that further to the 
issue of a Prospectus on 3 September 2013 relating to an Offer for 
Subscription ("Offer") for ordinary shares of 10p each to raise up to 
GBP10 million, the Board of the Company announces that the Offer is 
fully subscribed and closed with effect from 5.00pm on 4 April 2014. 
 
   The Company announces that on 4 April 2014, 2,650,716 Ordinary Shares of 
10p each were issued and allotted at a price of 98.3p per share pursuant 
to the Offer for Subscription that opened on 3 September 2013. 
 
   Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of 
the new shares. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 
18 April 2014. 
 
   The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now: 
30,332,065 Ordinary Shares.
