   Appointment of Alternate Director

   The Company announces that Alexander Macpherson has appointed Jo Oliver 
as his Alternate Director with effect from 7 August 2014. Such 
appointment shall remain valid until revoked by Mr Macpherson or Mr 
Macpherson ceases to be a Director of the Company. 
 
   This announcement is in accordance with Rule 9.6.11(1) of the Listing 
Rules. 
 
   In accordance with Rule 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, Mr Oliver is 
currently a non-executive director on the Board of Octopus Titan VCT 5 
plc. 
 
   Mr Oliver joined Octopus Investments Limited ("Octopus") in May 2009 and 
is a Senior Investment Director in the Ventures team. He has extensive 
experience as a founder, advisor and investor into both larger and 
smaller companies. Prior to joining Octopus, Mr Oliver founded several 
businesses, was an active investor into smaller companies and held 
senior roles in equity research at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers 
where he advised on numerous floats and IPOs. Mr Oliver is a Chartered 
Accountant and worked at Arthur Andersen between 1991 and 1995.
