The Fund was notified by letter dated 19th December 2006 by GLG Partners LP that, 
following a recent sale of Ordinary Shares in the Company, GLG Partners LP have 
now decreased their stake to 32,242,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 
approximately 21.49% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Fund.
