The Company has today been informed of the following shareholding in the Company:-

Rugby Estates Plc has notified the Company that, pursuant to the Open Offer, it acquired 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 10.5p. As of 25 January 2011 Rugby Estates plc was interested in a total of 7,894,502 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company which represents 1.64% of the issued share capital.
