                          OPD Group plc (the "Company") 
                            Result of General Meeting 
The Company held a general meeting today at 9.00 am at which the resolution to 
propose the cancellation of the Company's admission to the Official List of the 
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock 
Exchange ("Delisting") was duly passed. 
The Company has therefore made a formal application for Delisting. It is 
expected that the last day for trading the Company's shares on the London Stock 
Exchange will be 9 July 2010, with the cancellation of admission at 8.00 am on 
12 July 2010. 
Copies of the resolution will be available for inspection at the Document 
Viewing Facility of the UKLA, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 
5HS. The Document Viewing Facility is open from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm on every 
weekday except bank holidays.
