The Company announces that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 July 2018, incorporating the Notice convening the Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting, has been sent to shareholders.

The 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Company's offices (5-7 Bridgeworks, The Crescent, London SW19 8DR) on 14 December 2018 at 10.30am.
