The Company was notified on 12 October 2010 that on 6 October 2010, East Hill 
Hedge Fund, LLC ("East Hill") purchased 2,300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in 
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10 pence per share. 
 
The number of Ordinary Shares held by East Hill following this transaction is 
8,161,786 representing 9.02% of the issued share capital and total voting rights 
of the Company. 
 
East Hill (together with its affiliates) holds 18,402,359 ordinary shares in the 
Company representing 20.33% of the issued share capital and total voting rights 
of the Company.
