Share Dealings

International Oil and Gas Technology Limited (LSE:OGT) announces the following dealings on 21 October 2013 in the participating redeemable preference shares ("Shares") in the Company:

1. Arthur Copple, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 8,000 Shares at US$3.00 per Share. Following this purchase Arthur Copple holds 48,000 Shares, equivalent to 0.60% of the total voting rights.

2. Christopher Hill, Chairman of the Company, purchased 4,167 Shares at US$3.00 per Share. Following this purchase Christopher Hill holds 10,167 Shares, equivalent to 0.13% of the total voting rights.

3. John Imle, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 4,667 Shares at US$3.00 per Share. Following this purchase John Imle holds 16,667 Shares, equivalent to 0.21% of the total voting rights.

4. Jeremy Thompson, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 4,667 Shares at US$3.00 per Share. Following this purchase Jeremy Thompson holds 12,141 Shares, equivalent to 0.15% of the total voting rights.

5. Linton Capital LLP, the Investment Manager of the Company, purchased 2,333 Shares at US$3.00 per Share. Following this purchase Linton Capital LLP holds 7,075 Shares, equivalent to 0.09% of the total voting rights.
