This replaces the announcement made on 6 July 2012 at 16.53 which referred to 
the wrong number of shares bought back. 
 
Octopus Apollo VCT 2 plc announces that on 6 July 2012 the Company purchased for 
cancellation 291,000 shares of 10p each at a price of 82.7p per share. 
 
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 
8,265,886 Ordinary Shares.
