    Board Change


    Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (AIM: NWBS and NWBT; OTC BB: NWBO.US), announces the resignation, effective July 1, 2008, of R. Steve
Harris as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company.  The Company expects to announce a replacement shortly.

    Linda F. Powers, Chairperson of the Company's Board of Directors, commented: "We would like to thank Steve for his contributions to the
Company."

    Steve Harris added: "I wish Northwest Biotherapeutics every success in the continuing development of DCVax�-Brain and other applications
of the Company's very promising technology."
