     Partnership with Sharp Electronics strengthens Invu's presence in the

                           Netherlands & the Benelux





Invu Inc ("Invu" or the "Company") (LSE, AIM, Symbol; NVUK), the document
management software provider, is pleased to announce that it has signed a
partnership agreement with Sharp Electronics, a leading developer and
manufacturer of electronic equipment, appliances and components for the consumer
and business markets.  The agreement will see Sharp utilising Invu software in
its Open Systems Architecture hardware which is marketed to vertical markets
across the region.



The partnership is the latest deal for Invu in the Benelux and Dutch regions,
where the Company has been operating for 5 years.  The area is a high-growth
region and represents a significant market for Invu.
