Natasa announces that on 30 March 2015 it purchased 14,140 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 30 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, Natasa holds 1,597,140 ordinary shares in treasury and has 27,644,811 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
